Over the past few months Purple and I have worked closely together to help build an understanding of the type of candidates that would enjoy working at ASOS and would be successful within our department. Purple have sourced quality freelance people with a good understanding of our company requirements; many of which have gone on to take full time jobs within the image editing team.
