I like working with Purple because of Amy Hart. When I give her a brief she gets it and doesn't waste my time 'spamming' me with inappropriate CVs. In fact, within the first month of working with her I'd hired two creative teams she'd recommended. I'm extremely pleased with the teams and even more pleased that I found them so easily. The good news is that I'm definitely going to to keep giving Amy briefs for other roles. The bad news is that I'm going to expect her to maintain the same high standards.
