I'm almost reluctant to write about Purple because I'm terrified our competitors will discover our secret weapon. We have been working with Purple for years and we've consistently found them to be head and shoulders above all the other recruiters we use, in terms of the results they deliver for our business and the quality of experience we have in using them. They have an almost uncanny ability to find candidates who meet our very picky high standards of technical expertise AND who will fit perfectly into our culture. This saves us a lot of time and money, not having to waste hours meeting people who don't make the grade, and is testament to Purple's in-depth understanding of our business and our industry. Purple have some great people working for them. Purple regularly pops into the office and catches up with the various management team they need to liaise with. The time that all the Purple Consultants invest in us is continual, not just when we put business their way, although they always take the time to come in to take a face to face brief with permanent business.On freelance, Purple respond immediately to all of my last minute requests, whether it be at 8pm in the evening or over the weekends and, as always is more than happy to help. This is often a real godsend in a crisis. More importantly Purple generally care’s about our business and services us accordingly. They just gets who we are and the kind of people we look for, with no fuss and is always straight to the point.
