Highly Experienced HR Manager needed for 12 month Contract starting in February 2009. Working for a leading marketing creative agency.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and the board, you will be responsible for the total HR function. Proving strategic and operational advice to the Executive Board, dept heads and senior management. You will also be required to work with the broader business in providing the necessary support and counsel to members of the various teams and functions.
Passionate, committed, good sense of humour able to add value to the team. Someone that will seize an opportunity. Degree- CIPD qualified. Experience across all areas of HR practice, up-to-date knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, influencing ability.
Solid media agency experience
Must be proactive, organised and eager to learn
Commercially aware a must
Success in developing strong relationships with peers.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of User Experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that all end projects are user friendly and have the best navigation. You will have a strong understanding of user behaviors and taxonomies.
You will have experience of working throughout the whole project life-cycle from conception to delivery to ensure that user requirements are gathered.

Studio Co-ordinator and Office Manager/ London / Salary: £22000Hourly Rate: £22000
A varied and busy organizational support role in a small but expanding creative digital agency in the heart of London
As the only support person in the office, this is a role that will suit a proactive and highly organized individual, who enjoys the responsibility of overseeing the smooth running of the office. You will be meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, doing stationary orders, dealing with facilities, managing the booking of meeting rooms, and negotiating with suppliers and keeping holiday and sickness records on excel spreadsheets. You will also report directly into the Traffic manager, learning how to resource for projects eventually. It will also be your responsibility to keep the staff morale up, organizing events and parties / team building exercises, and be booking lots of travel and accommodation and diary management for the account managers.
You will be best suited to this if you are: highly organised, proactive, positive, have excellent excel and word skills, (Mac skills also very useful ) and have very good customer facing skills. You MUST have excellent attention to detail, and be thorough and conscientious in your approach. Good telephone manner and a sense of humor is needed! Preferably you will have come from a design agency, digital / advertising agency or other creative company background!
