Vibrant, Marketing agency, are looking for a highly driven Compliance Officer.
Highly sociable team. Excellent working environment, this Compliance Officer role is an outstanding opportunity to work for an award winning company on a freelance basis. With a possibility of going on longer. Due to start before Christmas.
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for checking all marketing material to ensure that the piece of work is compliant. Making sure all logos, text are legal. This role will be highly process driven. Offer advice to both the Account teams and Creative department on compliance issues. Working to tight time scales.
Passionate, committed, good sense of humour able to add value to the team. Someone that will seize an opportunity. Excellent organisational skills are paramount. Assertive, outgoing, confident with strong negotiation skills. Attention to detail is a must.
Strong PC skills, Microsoft office. Process driven!

Highly Experienced HR Manager needed for 12 month Contract starting in February 2009. Working for a leading marketing creative agency.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and the board, you will be responsible for the total HR function. Proving strategic and operational advice to the Executive Board, department heads and senior management. You will also be required to work with the broader business in providing the necessary support and counsel to members of the various teams and functions.
Passionate, committed, good sense of humour able to add value to the team. Someone that will seize an opportunity. Degree- CIPD qualified. Experience across all areas of HR practice, up-to-date knowledge of employment law, excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, influencing ability.
Solid media agency experience
Must be proactive, organised and eager to learn

Success in developing strong relationships with peers.
