Account Manager required to work in a full service digital agency.

Working with an array of the biggest clients in the market, this full service digital agency is responsible for some of the most reputable digital projects out there.

The Digital Account Manager will be ultimately responsible for supporting a Account Director with the relationship and finances on the account. Be part of a client team towards delivering compelling and inspiring marketing solutions across customers and channels to meet and exceed client objectives and drive profitable customer relationships.

The Digital Account Manager will be key to the development of the client relationships, and in positioning the agency as a strategic partner. The position will involve Cross and up-sell the agencies the agencies capabilities whilst looking for opportunity for new services and growth. A good working knowledge of different capabilities and what they offer the client and customer, including; Search Marketing, Media Planning & Buying, Analytics, Account Planning etc.

The Digital Account Manager will have extensive experience of developing and executing on and offline marketing campaigns.

Ideally would have worked in or with a media and search agency or capability (either a network agency or integrated agency or client side).

The Digital Account Manager will have good working knowledge of how search and media function, how they fit into the marketing mix.

Ability to cross and up-sell, credibility in front of clients to enable up-sell opportunities between the agencies different capabilities (Planning, Experience, Search and Media)
