This forward thinking digital agency is looking for a talented technical lead with a wealth of agency experience to support their Technical Director.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience as a Technical Lead in well known digital agencies (Agency Experience is absolutely essential). As a Technical Lead you will be expected to have an abundance of hands on experience in all areas of web development although it is anticipated that you may be stronger in some areas over others. You will plan, architect, lead and deliver on development projects. You will have excellent communications skills and be comfortable as technical client contact with the ability to communicate technical solutions in non technical language.



You will need strong serverside development experience and will ideally have hands on experience in both LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, ASP.NET) a good grasp of clientside development (Javascript, XHTML, CSS) and experience with Flash (AS2, AS3, Flex) is also key. Thats a pretty big wish list and too be clear the agency are not expecting to find one person who is an expert in all of the above, realistically you are likely to have specialized in one or two of the areas listed and have a good knowledge of the rest.



As a technical lead you will be mentoring and managing a mixed discipline team made up of .NET, PHP and Actionscript 3 developers. You will be a key technical point of contact for clients and will be responsible for platform and infrastructure planning and development. You will also be heavily involved in developing proof of concepts / prototypes for clients.
