You will understand the workings of an agency and have a real interest and passion for pursuing a career agency side. As a digital account executive you will be unflappable and super super organized. You will be the first point of call for the client and be methodical in your approach to problems. You will be learning on the job so working under pressure is a given.



The ideal digital account executive will have some agency exposure - be it a placement or already working in an agency as an account executive (not necessarily in digital). The account executive will be diplomatic and want to hit the ground running.
