The role will require autonomy as this is a small team within a large network of talented Designers. You will be client facing and heavily involved with every stage of the process. This middleweight designer will have an outgoing character and a vocal approach to brainstorms and office banter, mixed with the ability to get your head down and work hard when pressures on. Youll want to win awards, or more desirably, have won awards for your design work to date.
