You will be a writer with aspirations! I am not looking for creatives who have a history of being a senior for the past 10 years and just looking for another lateral move to open up fresh creative doors! I am looking for someone wanting to take that next step and it being a BIG one! I want people who aspire to be the next Deputy Creative Director or Creative Director! This will be the level of Art Director you will be teamed with, but also bearing in mind I need you to have at least 7 years experience!
