Senior Flash Developer / Actionscript Developer - (AS3, OOP, Actionscript 3, MVC) Creative Digital Agency

I have a great opportunity for an experienced Flash Developer / Actionscript guru to lead a small team within a top creatively led digital boutique in central London. You will be responsible for all things flash related within the agency and be charged with using your extensive commercial knowledge of Actionscript 3, related design patters and frameworks (specifically PureMVC), 3D software tools ( Papervision, Away 3d, Box 2d, Unity) and AR tools (AR Toolkit) to provide input on the best solution for the agencies clients and oversee the delivery of said projects.



As the lead flash developer / Actionscript Developer you will be involved from the inception of projects, you will be involved in UI architecture and software design as well as all phases of coding including design and code reviews.



You will work closely with creative leads, project managers, user experience designers and fellow developers in delivering a wide range of client solutions.



Essential Skills

* Expert Actionscript 3 skills

* Knowledge of dominant architectures, patterns and frameworks - PureMVC,

* Active interest in the latest technical developments; a blog would be favourable

* Back-end systems integration experience (web services, etc.)

* Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills

* Desire to make the space your own

* Lots of ideas
