The Freelance Middleweight Copywriter will be going in with an art director as a creative team. You may be working on bread and butter work or a nail biting pitch. Brands will vary depending on the project. You will be expected to hit the ground running and be flexible in your attitude. Therefore the ability to communicate is essential for the brief to be stretched as far as possible between the two of you.
Your conceptual ability must equal your ability to craft and come up with top strap lines.
You will have Middleweight experience as a Copywriter from an ATL, BTL or Integrated background. Ideally you will have freelanced before. Your portfolio will have a diverse mix of mediums and brands. You will naturally be meticulous and deadline focused. You will have evidence of diversity between your tone and style. You will be happy to be set up with an art director however if you have an existing partner to team up then even better.
