I have a great opportunity for a senior PHP developer to join an award winning above the line agency. You will be joining a growing web development team recently recruiting from some of best pure play digital agencies in London. As an Senior PHP developer you will have a firm grounding in building PHP websites, using PHP based frameworks such as Zend / Codeigniter, Cakephp and be familiar with Object Orientated concepts. This is a great opportunity to join an extremely strong collaborative studio team made up of creatives, creative technologists and digital strategists to create ground breaking sites and applications. Alongside an excellent grounding in object orientated php and experience using MVC design patterns it is essential that you have strong communications skills and a passion to make your mark on a project.

Essential:

-PHP 5 with a good understanding of Object Orientated concepts.

-Experience using PHP Zend frameworks. Expression Engine, Kohana or similar.

-Understand Design Patterns and why a developer uses them. Most importantly the MVC pattern.

-MySQL 5 (You will know the difference between an INNER JOIN and a RIGHT JOIN). The occasional requirement to use MS SQL servers. You understand how to structure a database appropriately for a project. -Also understands hashing and salting concepts for passwords.

-Version control using SVN and Git or Mercurial.

Trac or Bugzilla for bug tracking

-Understands the basics of a server configuration for example setting up a LAMP stack.

-Some form of CMS platform experience such as Silverstripe/Wordpress.

-Backend development is your strong point but you can also dabble in front end and be familiar with Javascript frameworks such as JQuery or Mootools.

-You will understand the important of writing secure scripts and protecting against SQL injection or XSS scripting attacks.

I have a great opportunity for an experienced Flash Developer / Actionscript guru to join an experienced 10 man team within a top International digital agency in central London. You will be responsible for the some of the agencies biggest clients and will be charged with using your extensive commercial knowledge of Actionscript 3, related design patters and frameworks (specifically PureMVC) to provide input on the best solution along with undertaking the build and ensuring the timely delivery of said projects.
